Stockland is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia. Stockland owns, manages and develops a range of assets including shopping centres, office and industrial assets, residential communities and retirement villages.
Stockland wanted to do a better job of analysing customer and finance data so it could determine opportunities for additional sales, improve financial reporting, and also improve its customer insights.

Agile BI helped us implement our first ever enterprise wide business intelligence solution. Bringing in data from several different source systems and implementing the appropriate data governance, data dictionary and associated tools to make meaningful data readily available to the business has opened their eyes to the possibilities of what you can do with what you already have. The business is raving about it!
We had limited experience in agile when we started our BI project so engaging people who did was critical to our success. It was a learning curve for all of us as we were so used to waterfall projects but Agile BI’s expertise helped make it a smooth transition and an ultimately successful project.
